I explain why staying regulated when we’re around others can be so challenging, and share ways your system might tell you it feels safe or not in any moment. A LIVE 2-hour workshop on Zoom Saturday January 4th at 1:30pm ET (US/Can) to orient to the year ahead in a way that honors your capacity and helps set you up for success. I’ll share a nervous system-informed perspective on transitioning out the old year and making plans and resolutions (or not!) in the new one, and we’ll get to coregulate and try some embodied practices together too. If you want to start 2025 more grounded in your nervous system and yourself, this is for you.

  • Safer Everyday is a self-paced course of 30 online audio and video practices averaging 5-7 minutes each. You’ll access the practices through a private online membership space, where you’ll have all 30 practices from time of purchase and for as long as you need. The format is intended to give you the ability to explore 1 new practice a day for a full month without repetition, but you can explore them at the pace that’s best for you. You’ll have an option to receive daily email reminders to support you in moving through the course over one month if you like, just click the link provided in your welcome email when you want that to start.

    Safe & Social is a 90-minute video workshop with an accompanying PDF. You’ll receive a link to view the video online, and you’ll have lifetime access. It can easily be watched in 9-10 segments if 90 minutes feels too long!

    A New Year for your Nervous System is a live 2-hour workshop on Zoom that will be held on Saturday, January 4th at 1:30pm ET(US/Can). You’ll receive the link to join as class approaches, and the recording will be sent out within 48 hours once we’re done. Attending live isn’t required, and you’ll have lifetime access to the video replay.
